PROCEDURE:
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan & simmer for 1 minute.
  2. Then, add the melted butter into butterscotch mix while still hot. Mix at low speed to incorporate.
  3. Add whole eggs, glucose/light syrup, and cashew nuts. Blend for 1 minute at low speed.
  4. Deposit into a paper lined jelly roll pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
  5. Allow it to cool before slicing into 1-inch squares and wrap individually with foil.
