(Using B & S Chocolate Belgian Waffle Mix)

PROCEDURE:
- Melt butter over low flame in a saucepan. Set aside and cool to lukewarm.
- Combine egg yolk, melted butter, fresh milk and waffle mix.
- Beat at low speed until no lumps are visible. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks are formed. Fold into the batter mixture.
- Preheat waffle iron. Brush with oil and spoon out about ¾ cup onto the center of the iron.
- Close lid and bake until done.
