PROCEDURE:
- Combine crinkle mix and softened butter. Mix at low speed for about 30 seconds or just to incorporate.
- Add eggs & light syrup. Beat for another 30 seconds at low speed. DO NOT OVER MIX.
- Chill for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Form into small balls approximately 30 grams each.
- Coat with powdered sugar.
- Bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature and pack in a tightly sealed canister for storage.
