PROCEDURE:
- Combine sweet dough mix and instant yeast. Add water and egg.
- Mix at low speed for 2 minutes.
- Add shortening, margarine, or butter and mix at full speed until dough becomes. smooth and elastic.
- Rest dough in bulk for 5 minutes.
- Scale 30 grams of dough then shape into a ball.
- Arrange dough balls in prepared pans.
- Proof for 1.5 to 2 hours or at least double in size.
- Bake at 180˚C until golden brown.
