PROCEDURE:
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Pour melted butter in mixing bowl containing butterscotch mix and beat at low speed to incorporate.
- Add whole eggs, glucose, chopped walnuts & dates. Blend for 1 minute.
- Deposit into a paper-lined jelly roll pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
- Allow it to cool. Slice into 1.5” squares and wrap individually.
