PROCEDURE:
- Combine whole eggs, oil/ melted butter and water. Beat to incorporate.
- Add pancake mix and beat until mixture is free of lumps.
- Fold in rolled oats, crushed walnuts, and dried fruits just until combined.
- Heat skillet over low flame. Brush with a little oil.
- Pour the desired quantity of batter into the skillet. Allow the surface to brown lightly.
- Remove from heat. Drizzle with syrup of choice or honey and top with preferred nut options.
Suggestion: One can add one or more types of dried or dehydrated fruit/s of choice up to 7% addition to the total batter weight.
