PROCEDURE:
- Add 100 grams of ice-cold water/liquid milk to 100 grams of instant whipping cream powder.
- Whip for 6 to 9 minutes at high speed, until stable foam is formed.
- Apply as topping, frosting, or filling.
NOTE: Standard ratio is maximum of 1 part powder to 1 part water. However, if the application requires ticker consistency can be adjusted from 1 part powder to 0.75 part water.
