PROCEDURE:
- Melt butter in a saucepan then add it to the brownie mix while still hot. Blend at low speed until properly incorporated.
- Add whole eggs, glucose/light syrup, and vanilla.
- Blend until properly incorporated. DO NOT OVER MIX.
- Fold-in chopped cashew nuts.
- Deposit into paper-lined rectangular pan. Top with 50 grams of chopped cashew nuts.
- Bake at 180ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
