MULTI GRAIN BREAD
(Using B & S Multi Grain Bread Mix)

Muesli Cereal | 20.00 | 200.00 |
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients except shortening. Mix to incorporate.
- Add shortening and continue mixing until dough becomes smooth and elastic.
- Rest dough in bulk for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Scale and mould dough into desired shape. Roll into muesli cereal.
- Deposit into prepared pan and proof for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Bake at 180ºC for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Note:
- The (+/-) means more or less. In the recipe, water can be adjusted depending on the capacity of the dough to absorb water and develop gluten during mixing.
