PROCEDURE:
- Combine whole eggs, oil/melted butter and water. Beat to incorporate.
- Add pancake mix and beat until mixture is free of lumps.
- Fold in nuts until combined.
- Heat skillet over low flame. Brush with a little oil.
- Pour the desired quantity of batter into the skillet. Allow the surface to brown lightly.
- Remove from heat and serve with syrup of choice or honey and/or with nuts.
Note: One may personalize the choice of nuts added and topped.
