PROCEDURE:
  1. Combine whole eggs, oil/melted unsalted butter and water. Beat to incorporate.
  2. Add the pancake mix and beat until mixture is free of lumps.
  3. Heat skillet over low flame. Brush with a little oil.
  4. Pour the desired quantity of batter into the skillet. Allow the surface to brown lightly.
  5. Remove from heat and top with butter and syrup or honey.
