PROCEDURE:
- Dissolve dry ingredients in water until no lumps are visible.
- In a double boiler, cook the mixture with constant stirring until sticky but of spreading consistency.
- Remove from heat and add butter. Stir to incorporate.
- Cool and apply as filling for cupcakes, muffin and cakes.
