(Using B & S Custard Crème Filling Mix)

PROCEDURE:
- Dissolve custard crème filling mix to the required amount of water.
- Whip for 4 to 6 minutes at medium speed. Ready to use.
Optional: To accentuate flavor, do further cooking of the custard in a hot water bath or in a double boiler with constant stirring until it thickens.
