PROCEDURE:
- Combine whole eggs, oil, and water. Beat to combine.
- Add waffle mix. Beat until powder is completely dispersed into liquid or until no lumps are visible.
- Preheat the waffle iron. Then, brush with oil.
- Spoon out batter until half of iron molder and close the lid. Allow the batter to slightly cook and dry.
- Open the lid, spoon out filling in the center (use pipping bag if desired), and pour the rest of batter until molder is filled enough.
- Close the lid and bake until done
Custard Crème Filling:
- Combine 150 g of B & S Custard Crème Filling Mix and 150 g ice cold water.
- Cook the custard in a hot water bath or in a double boiler with constant stirring until it thickens.
- Apply as filling and/or topping.
NOTE: One may also use fillings for toppings and/or customize toppings to one’s liking.
